Internship within HR Team

During an internship with Keystone’s HR team, you will get to experience all parts of the HR process in a complex and growing organization. In addition to working together to improve HR processes, you will also have the opportunity to take part in Universum’s Employer Branding Academy to look at Keystone as an employer and explore how to strengthen our branding strategy within talent acquisition. In this role you are reporting to Keystone’s HRIS Specialist and the Chief Human Resources Officer and will have close collaboration with the rest of the HR team, consisting of 12 amazing people located throughout Europe. Responsibility:

• Assist local Stockholm team with HR administration tasks and processes
• Complete Universum’s Employer Branding Academy: Employer Brand Management | EBA Global (employerbrandingacademy.com)
• Prepare an employer branding value proposition for Keystone, collaborating with marketing to reflect Keystone’s values and culture in our career page, recruitment messaging, and internal communications
• Work closely with the HR team to further define, improve, and automate HR practices and guidelines while maintaining the unique company culture

Who are we looking for?

• You are currently studying a university program in HR, business administration, organizational management, or similar
• You enjoy the mix between operative and strategic work and have a detailed and structured approach
• You communicate in English on a professional level, both verbal and written
• You are curious about how organizations work and how to approach different organizational challenges
• Prior experience with HR or employer branding a plus!

You should be self-driven, proactive, detail oriented, inquisitive, analytical, adaptive, and resourceful.
