Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and energetic Account Support Representative to join our team at Lifesum in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and assisting with account management tasks. Your main goal will be to focus on exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight in every interaction.
Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding support to customers via email, phone, and chat - Assist with managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate information is maintained - Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing product education and training - Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Adapt to changing circumstances and handle challenges with a positive attitude
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Project management skills and attention to detail - Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment - Passion for helping others and exceeding customer expectations - Energetic and proactive approach to problem-solving
