Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

H&M is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in Göteborg, SE. In this part-time role at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, and promotions - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Proactively identify and address customer needs to ensure a positive experience - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively

Requirements: - Resilient and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required
