Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Northvolt is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As an Entry Level position, this role will provide the opportunity for growth and development within the company. The Online Account Support Officer will be responsible for managing customer accounts, assisting with online inquiries, and providing support to the sales team.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer accounts and ensure accuracy of information. 2. Respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and assistance as needed. 4. Monitor and analyze account activity to identify any issues or trends. 5. Assist with data entry and maintenance of customer records. 6. Maintain a positive and proactive approach to customer service. 7. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and efficiency. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements: 1. Confident and hardworking attitude. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Creativity and problem-solving skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 7. Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
