Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

NEVS, a cutting-edge technology company located in Sollentuna, Stockholm, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction for our online platforms.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of online customer service operations - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve online customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements - Train and mentor customer service team members - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to online customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in online customer service management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Creativity and teamwork as soft skills - Familiarity with online platforms and customer service tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
