Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Tink is seeking a skilled Operations Associate to join our remote team based in Stockholm, Sweden. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business processes. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness - Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and optimization - Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving - Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of operational initiatives - Handle day-to-day operational tasks and provide support to team members as needed - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

Requirements: - Proven experience in operations or a related field - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and drive results - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
