Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Zound Industries is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Operations Associate in Stockholm, SE. As an Associate level employee, you will be responsible for supporting our online operations team in various day-to-day tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our online platform.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing inventory levels and product availability on the online platform - Monitor and analyze website performance metrics - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate product information and pricing - Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment - Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise - Contribute to the development and implementation of new online features and enhancements - Support in creating and updating product listings and descriptions

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in online operations or a related field - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Emotional intelligence and the ability to work well in a team environment - Passion for the online retail industry and a drive to succeed - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of online retail platforms - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
