Online Operations Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Online Operations Associate to join our team at Vattenfall in Uppsala, SE. As a part-time entry-level position, the Online Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting various online operations activities to ensure the smooth functioning of our digital platforms.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain the online platforms to ensure optimal performance and user experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to online operations processes - Assist with online content management, including uploading and updating content as needed - Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of online information - Provide support to users experiencing technical issues and escalate problems as needed - Analyze website analytics data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with the development and implementation of online marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred - Hardworking and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web analytics tools - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
