Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Koenigsegg Automotive AB is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Operations Associate. As part of our fast-paced and dynamic company, you will play a key role in supporting our online operations and ensuring the smooth running of our digital platforms.

Responsibilities: - Manage online orders, processing payments and ensuring timely delivery to customers - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability - Assist in updating and maintaining product listings on our website and other online channels - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives - Analyze website traffic and customer behavior to optimize the online shopping experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance our online operations

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality, able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
