Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Thule Group, a global leader in outdoor and transportation products, is seeking a motivated and energetic Online Operations Associate to join our team in Uppsala, SE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities:

- Support the online operations team in managing day-to-day e-commerce activities, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, and customer service. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and accurate execution of online initiatives. - Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing campaigns, promotions, and strategies. - Monitor online sales performance and provide regular reports and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products and services. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of online activities, transactions, and customer data.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Excellent project management skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and other relevant e-commerce tools. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
