Online Operations Associate

Aspiro is currently seeking a part-time Online Operations Associate to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, dedicated, and possesses strong soft skills in cooperation and planning.

Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of our online platform - Analyze and report on key metrics to optimize performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies for growth - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and effective support - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation - Support special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in online operations or a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with online tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities
