Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Associate to join our team at Fingerprint Cards in Uppsala, Sweden. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our organization. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is independent, hardworking, and has a passion for operational excellence.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the coordination of day-to-day operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow - Monitor and track key performance indicators for operational efficiency - Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making - Assist in the implementation of process improvements to increase productivity - Support in inventory management and logistics coordination - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Handle any ad-hoc operational tasks as required

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools - Emotional intelligence and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Critical thinking skills and attention to detail - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
