Operations Associate

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Operations Associate to join our team at SKF in Stockholm, SE. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring efficiency and productivity in all areas.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular audits - Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations - Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Assist in implementing new procedures and processes to increase efficiency - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Conduct research and provide recommendations for optimizing operations - Assist in the planning and execution of projects to meet company goals - Make critical decisions to help the company achieve its objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a similar role - Strong research and analytical skills - Excellent decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Experience with inventory management systems is a plus
