Remote Operations Associate

Job Description: Fjällräven is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Remote Operations Associate to join our team. As a part-time Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our remote operations. This position is based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE, and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and manage remote operations activities 2. Assist in the development and implementation of remote work policies and procedures 3. Provide support to remote team members regarding operational issues 4. Monitor and analyze remote work metrics to identify areas for improvement 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination 6. Conduct research and provide recommendations on best practices for remote operations 7. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to remote work activities 8. Assist in the onboarding process for new remote team members 9. Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a remote operations or similar role 2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred 3. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills 4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities 5. Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and platforms 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment 7. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to changing priorities 8. Familiarity with remote work best practices and trends
