Operations Associate

Job Description: The Operations Associate at ABB Sweden in Malmö, Skåne Län will play a crucial role in supporting the operations team in various administrative tasks and coordination of day-to-day activities. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with inventory management and tracking of materials 2. Coordinate shipments and deliveries with external vendors 3. Provide administrative support to the operations team 4. Assist with data analysis and reporting on operational metrics 5. Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations 6. Help troubleshoot any operational issues that may arise 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency 8. Support the operations manager with any ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 2. 2 years of experience in a similar role 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities 5. Resilient and able to work under pressure 6. Motivated and eager to learn and grow 7. Ability to work independently and in a team 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
