Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Sandvik is seeking a Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our remote team. The ideal candidate will be resilient and passionate, with strong decision-making and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Coordinate remote operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing virtual events - Support remote team members with technical issues, communication tools, and other operational needs - Develop and maintain efficient processes for remote work, ensuring productivity and collaboration among team members - Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and communication between remote and in-office employees - Assist in project management, tracking progress, and reporting on key metrics

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 3+ years of experience in remote operations or a similar role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and passionate about contributing to a meaningful mission - Experience in decision-making and people management is a plus
