Operations Associate

Evolution Gaming is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operations Associate to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist with the day-to-day operations of the company, including but not limited to inventory management, vendor relations, and process improvement. - Provide support to the operations team in coordinating and executing various projects and initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. - Monitor key performance indicators and provide data analysis to support decision-making. - Assist with the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. - Handle any ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - Strong project management and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. - Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
