Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

ASSA ABLOY, a leading provider of security solutions, is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Malmö, Sweden. This is a work from home position with the opportunity for flexible hours.

Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, including data entry, document organization, and project coordination - Monitor and maintain inventory levels, track shipments, and communicate with suppliers - Support the operations team in process improvement initiatives and quality assurance efforts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products or services - Compile and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Highly motivated and self-directed - Persuasive skills to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements
