Account Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Truecaller is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be a remote position, providing support to our account management team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being reliable and resourceful.

Responsibilities: - Assist the account management team with various administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records. - Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members to provide support and resolve any issues or concerns. - Prepare reports and presentations for meetings and presentations. - Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. - Personality traits of being reliable and resourceful. - Soft skills in people management and negotiation.
