Client Relations Assistant - Remote Work

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication via email or phone. 2. Assist in addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the Client Relations team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Manage and update client information in the database regularly. 5. Assist in organizing and coordinating client events, webinars, and trainings. 6. Monitor client feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate team members. 7. Support the development of client relationships by providing excellent customer service. 8. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify new business opportunities with existing clients. 9. Assist in developing client communication materials such as newsletters, updates, and promotional materials. 10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus. 7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. 8. Passion for building relationships and providing exceptional client service. 9. Strong project management skills. 10. Persuasive communication skills.
