Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Natural Cycles is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely. As an Associate Level position, the Client Relations Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing support through various communication channels such as email, phone, and chat. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring timely responses, resolving issues efficiently, and providing accurate information. - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and communicate relevant information to clients. - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the team.

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
