Client Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Vattenfall is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Service Representative to join our team working from home in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions 4. Assist clients with account management and billing inquiries 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Meet or exceed service level agreements and key performance indicators 7. Continuously improve customer service skills through training and development opportunities

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills 2. Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities 3. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software 5. High school diploma or equivalent 6. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace 7. Fluent in Swedish and English
