Job Description:
Budbee is seeking a dedicated and confident Contact Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Associate Level Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with order processing, product information, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Handle customer complaints and diffuse tense situations with diplomacy - Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings - Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Stay informed about company products, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong strategic planning abilities to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions - Confident and dedicated attitude towards customer service - Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
