E-Commerce Coordinator - Part-Time

Matsmart is a different kind of food store, challenging the thought of sustainable consumption. We’re a European grocery e-commerce, aiding the sustainable reform of our food system by giving everyone a chance to save our planet in an effortless way. We partner with food and FMCG companies to save products at risk of going to waste by re-selling them at discounted prices directly to consumers: sustainable, affordable and accessible to all. Today, our shops are open in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany and Austria.

We are now looking for an E-commerce Coordinator who will support the Finnish team with publishing products and make our Finnish shop look fabulous. You will be a part of a driven sales team and contribute to our daily sales.

This is a part time role with flexible working hours (around 20 hours per week), perfect to combine with studies! The start date for this role is August 1st 2024.

What you’ll do as E-commerce Coordinator

• Publish products - you will add new products to the shop
• Support the Merchandiser with actions to optimize sales (site categorisation, optimizing product placement and customer journey, search and conversion, optimizing pricing and multibuys)
• Create the newsletters with the help of the CRM manager and the Merchandising team
