Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Live Chat Manager to join our team at Epiroc in Uppsala, SE. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our live chat system, ensuring smooth communication with customers and providing top-notch customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage the live chat system, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Train and supervise live chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed. 3. Monitor and analyze chat metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. 4. Coordinate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in live chat management.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. 3. Strong negotiation skills and experience in people management. 4. Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in live chat software and other customer service tools.
