Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and confident Chat Support Representative to join our team at IKEA in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strategic planning and analysis skills - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Must be detail-oriented and organized - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Personality traits: - Passionate about helping customers and providing excellent service - Confident in your ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively

Soft skills: - Strategic planning to anticipate customer needs and plan accordingly - Analysis skills to assess customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
