Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Northvolt is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Service Associate to join our team remotely in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from home.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving client issues and providing appropriate solutions. 3. Managing client accounts and updating necessary information. 4. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. 5. Keeping detailed records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Providing product information and assistance to clients. 7. Supporting the sales team by generating leads and setting up appointments.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Client Service Associate or a similar role for at least 2 years. 2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong time management skills and attention to detail. 5. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
