Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Peak Performance is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate problems as needed - Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to address client inquiries and concerns - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals

Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Driven and energetic personality - Soft skills in people management and teamwork - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
