We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Oatly, a fast-growing and innovative company in the food and beverage industry. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and general support - Resolve client complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support for clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Resilient and hardworking attitude - Innovative and capable of making decisions independently
