Looklet is seeking a confident and resilient Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with no prior experience looking to begin their career in customer service. The Remote Contact Center Officer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Document all customer interactions accurately in our systems - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance metrics for quality and productivity - Stay up-to-date on company products and services
