Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Looklet in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while representing the Looklet brand in a positive light. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information and assisting customers with orders. 3. Handling customer complaints and escalations with empathy and understanding. 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes. 7. Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements: 1. Hardworking and confident personality traits. 2. Strategic planning and innovation soft skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software. 6. Fluency in English and Swedish.
