Job Description - Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


Budbee is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with tracking orders, resolving delivery issues, and providing product information. 3. Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 5. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals. 6. Identify and escalate any recurring issues or trends to management for further action. 7. Maintain a positive attitude and approach each customer interaction with empathy and professionalism.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Driven and reliable individual who is committed to providing outstanding customer service. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues. 5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate a spirit of cooperation. 6. Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively. 7. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
