Kry Livi is seeking a part-time Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

**Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and product information - Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency - Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues - Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed
