Remote Operations Associate

Job Description: Re:newcell is seeking a Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resilient and adaptable, with strong strategic planning and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the remote team - Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient production processes - Manage and update project timelines - Conduct research and analysis to support operational decision-making - Support the team in meeting project deadlines and deliverables - Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and partners to achieve operational goals - Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role - Strong organizational and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strategic planning and presentation skills
