Support Representative

Job Description: Peltarion is currently seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Stockholm. As an Entry Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You will work closely with the Customer Support team to ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are handled efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company database. 4. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments within the company. 5. Provide feedback to the Customer Support team on common customer concerns and issues. 6. Assist with training new Support Representatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support. 2. Hardworking and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. 4. Ability to manage and communicate with people effectively. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
