Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Paradox Interactive is seeking a skilled Remote Web Chat Associate to join our dynamic team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via web chat - Resolve customer problems effectively and efficiently - Provide product information and assistance with purchases - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality customer interactions - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and able to handle high-stress situations - Strong critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently - Leadership qualities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools
