Retail Sales Associate - Part-Time

At Asket our mission is to slow down fashion and end over-consumption by creating garments free of compromise, allowing us to live with fewer but better items.

As Sales Associate at our flagship store in Stockholm, you will be a key player in the achievement of this brand mission. Rather than just another transactional store, the ASKET store aims to create an in-depth experience with, and conversation around, our garments, leaving the customer to invest in them on his or her terms: In store, from home - or not at all. You’ll be part of maintaining and further developing the high service level the clients of the store have come to experience in the physical environment.

Working as a member of a small team you will be valued, pushed, and invested in. It is a plus (but not a requirement) if you have a sewing and garment repair interest and skills.

As a Part Time Sales Assistant, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Ensure that every customer receives equal and extraordinary level of service
Maintain front and back-office standards
Assist with VM activations and Events
Accept and process deliveries in a time-efficient manner
Provide important feedback on the product, service, and all things ASKET
Grow the ASKET Stockholm store community through considered service
Ideal Candidate:

Obsessed with customer service, retail, and high-quality clothing
Has 1 year of retail experience
Ambitious to work and grow in a small, expanding company
Open-minded with a ‘nothing is impossible’ mentality
Has a personal, natural approach to customer interactions
Shows clear understanding and passion for the ASKET principles
Working hours

Flexible availability
Available to work weekends and weekdays
Average 10h / week (More during summer)
Start Date: Late May
