Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Time Warner Cable is seeking a motivated and resilient individual to join our team as an Online Operations Associate in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. This is an entry-level position with no specific years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Assist with the day-to-day operations of our online platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal user experience - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with various teams within the company to develop and execute strategies to drive online engagement and growth - Provide support to customers and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter - Assist with content creation and management on our online platforms - Work closely with the Online Operations Manager to ensure all online initiatives align with company goals and standards - Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of online operations - Assist with other tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - Motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Resilient personality with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Effective people management skills with the ability to work well in a team environment - Basic knowledge of online platforms and social media - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
