Operations Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team at Marathon Petroleum in Bern, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating and monitoring daily operations processes - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Support the development and implementation of operational strategies - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Monitor and report on key performance indicators - Participate in cross-functional projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field - Strong attention to detail and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving work setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
