Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kindred Healthcare is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Call Center Officer - Remote Work. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but candidates must possess the necessary skills and traits to excel in this role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies - Provide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Document all calls accurately and efficiently in the system - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and operations - Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and confidentiality - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred but not required - Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Creative problem-solving abilities to resolve complex issues - High school diploma or equivalent required - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - Remote work experience is a plus
