Job Description - Dynamics Business Consultant / Berater
As the premier supplier to our client, a leading commodities and natural resources company based in Switzerland, Swisslinx is looking for a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role in their HQ, as a Dynamics 365 inhouse Business Consultant, permanent, onsite 100%.
In this role, you will lead projects from start to finish, handling data preparation, system confirmation and user training. You will be the link between the business and IT and fully involved delivering expert consultancy, supporting customers, and collaborating with various teams to dive innovation. This role requires someone who can adapt easily to changes and enjoys challenges in key role for new ERP implementations. The key responsibility of the candidate will involve ongoing support for Business Central implementation across one of our clients' subsidiaries, alongside an implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance.
Key responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end Business Central implementations - Gather, prepare, and import data into Business Central - Configure Business Central to meet user requirements. - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions and training for teams as needed. - Provide effective consultancy and support to meet customer needs. - Utilize expertise in localization requirements and Business Central technologies to drive delivery. - Stay updated on latest developments and updates in Microsoft Business Central - Monitor system performance and proactively address issues or bottlenecks. - Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference. - Work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Your background: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field - 5+ years of consultancy experience in a Dynamics NAV / Business Central role. - Proven ability to manage project timelines effectively, ensuring that deliverables are met promptly - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders - Can work with stakeholders to deliver key and informative reporting. - Technically minded, adaptive, and thrives in a fast-paced setting, enabling you to navigate various challenges - Fluent English skills required, proficiency in German is a plus - Experience working in Oil and Gas sector and has knowledge in Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting would be an advantage Additional information: - Willingness to travel (5-10%) primarily to Europe, North America, and Singapore - Happy to be onsite 100% - Please upload the degree certificate as well as the latest reference letter
