Tiger Recruitment is delighted to assist a global leader in electromagnetic solutions in their search for an HR Specialist for the office located in the Canton of Solothurn.Your Responsibilities: Serving as the point of contact for employees on-site and overseeing the entire operational HR lifecycleHandling personnel administration and preparing monthly payroll in collaboration with our external payroll partnerManaging social insurances (AHV/IV/ALV, accident and sickness insurance, FAK, EO, pension fund) as well as withholding taxProviding HR reports for local and global stakeholders (employee headcount, HR KPIs, personnel costs, workforce planning, etc.)Implementing strategic HR initiativesImplementing the talent management process and supporting the development of executives and talentsProviding situational support to the global TE team in recruitment efforts Your Profile: Completed commercial education with a degree as HR Specialist with federal certificate or equivalentMinimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an international industrial company in SwitzerlandExperience in integration, organizational change, and restructuringSolid knowledge of Swiss labor law and the Swiss social security systemFlexibility to adapt to complex organizations, changing environments, and diverse employee expectationsFluent in both German and English is essential; additional languages such as French and Italian are advantageous Tiger is B Corp Certified.
