Pursuit Project Manager - Audit Corporates

Are you looking for a challenging position in a multinational company? The Sales Team supports our Audit Corporates Practice from the start of a proposal until the client debriefing.

Your contribution to KPMG

• Execute project management for complex, deadline-driven pitch processes on a national and international level. This includes planning the internal proposal process, communicating deadlines and responsibilities, setting up meetings, following up on actions, monitoring overall progress, and independently executing smaller tenders
• Act as the single point of contact for audit sales activities in Suisse Romande
• Initiate relevant research efforts, such as company profile and stakeholder analysis
• Support the business team in preparing for client interactions, such as site visits and presentations, and oversee the production of relevant materials
• Develop proposal documents, including preparing the initial document structure and design, managing content development and document review processes, and coordinating design resources
• Work closely with Pursuit Leaders and other Pursuit Project Managers to support the Pursuit Services team's strategy including continuously developing new templates and leading practice examples
