Job Description:
Chesapeake Energy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the unique opportunity to work from home in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Processing orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer service experience - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs to enhance their experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures to meet customer service standards
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and achieving customer satisfaction - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Strong persuasion and creativity soft skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
