Talent Acquisition Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

Your challenges

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including candidate selection, communication, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
• Work closely with HR business partners and leaders to understand and address talent acquisition challenges and long-term workforce needs.
• Advocate for internal talent advancement and promote related activities within the organization.
• Build and maintain external talent pipelines in collaboration with our active sourcing team.
• Ensure seamless coordination between candidates and hiring managers, including job posting, candidate scheduling, and offer processing.
• Advise business stakeholders on talent acquisition strategies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead Employer Branding activities, Early Talent and Trainee Programs, both locally and online, to enhance Hitachi Energy's employer brand.

Your skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Industry knowledge and in-house experience in a global matrix organization are desirable.
• Fluency in English and German. (B2-C1 Level)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Strong understanding of succession and workforce planning.
• Proficiency with application tracking tools.
