Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

United Rentals is seeking a passionate and reliable Web Chat Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Entry Level position, no previous experience is required, however, a minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills, as well as a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via web chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction - Continuously improve processes to enhance customer service and efficiency

Requirements: - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Reliable and able to work flexible hours - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Leadership qualities and ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent written communication skills - Proficiency in web chat platforms and basic computer skills - High school diploma or equivalent
