Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kindred Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and independent Operations Associate to join our remote team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning skills and have a proven track record of making effective decisions.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategic plans for operations - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Support the implementation of new processes and systems to streamline operations - Communicate with stakeholders to ensure expectations are exceeded and delight is delivered - Assist in managing day-to-day operations and resolving any issues that may arise - Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in operations or a related field - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field - Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
