Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Autoliv is seeking a motivated and confident Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from anywhere in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and monitor operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. 3. Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and drive operational excellence. 5. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. 6. Provide support to the Operations Manager in various projects and initiatives. 7. Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels. 8. Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in operations or a similar role. 3. Strong organizational and time management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 7. Experience in people management and negotiation is a plus.
