Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: Marathon Petroleum is seeking a motivated and adaptable Operations Associate to join our remote team. As an entry-level position, the Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company in an efficient and effective manner. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH.

Responsibilities: - Assist with various operational tasks such as data entry, inventory management, and scheduling - Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations - Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement - Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed - Help maintain a positive and productive working environment for the team

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Must be adaptable and passionate about contributing to the success of the company - Strong creativity and negotiation skills are essential for problem-solving and decision-making - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
