Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Airgas is currently seeking a part-time Online Operations Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level role, the Online Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the online operations of our business. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess confidence, reliability, leadership, and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing the online operations of the company, including website maintenance, order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service. - Work closely with the online sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. - Implement new strategies and processes to optimize online operations and increase efficiency. - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate online initiatives and projects.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in online operations or a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Confident, reliable, with leadership and planning skills
